Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments

I (we) authorize Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Lansing, Michigan, (HTGOC) to initiate transfers of my (our) stewardship from my (our) account specified below at the financial institution named below. In addition, I (we) acknowledge that the direct payment (EFT) transactions from my (our) account must comply with the provisions of U.S law. I (we) further acknowledge that if a transfer fails because of insufficient funds, closed account, or wrong account number, I (we) may be responsible for any fee which the financial institution may assess to HTGOC.

The top priority in the "Holy Trinity - 2020" survey was to replace the parking lot surface. Estimates for doing this average about $100,000. The Parish Council is starting a fund for this specific goal. We ask parishioners to make pledges of specific amounts. (This is in addition to their stewardship pledge.) When the total amount pledged reaches $100,000 dollars, we will ask everyone to pay in. When everyone has paid in, we will start the work. If parking lot funds are left over they will go into a church repair fund. We will update you regularly on the total amount pledged. I (we) pledge a total of:
