ICON-PAINTING RETREAT - There will be a week-long Icon-painting retreat held in East Lansing at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish the week of June 19-24.  Instructor Nina Kouznetsov studied egg tempera Byzantine icon writing with the renowned master-iconographer, founder of the Prosopon School, Vladislav Andrejev for 25 years and was his assistant in the last years of study. Her icons can be found in churches and private collections.
